Lawrence County has moved to Regroup for mass notifications and emergency messaging.
Information from our previous messaging platform, Code Red, did not transfer over to this new system. To sign up for Regroup and receive messages from the Lawrence County Department of Public Safety visit:

Messages could include:
Road Closures and Detours.
Locations of Shelters or Warming/Cooling Centers.
Locations to get resources such as water or food during and after a disaster.
Disaster Recovery Centers and Resource Centers that are activated following a disaster.
If an incident requires immediate emergency actions from the entire community, we can use Regroup to access the Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) network to send emergency messages to local television, radio, and also wireless devices.
