Please have your trash curbside on the evening of
Friday, May 18th or you risk missing pick up.
They will only make one pass on each road.
Homes Are Limited to 300 Pounds of Trash
Magazines & Newspapers Must Be Tied Securely
Items Are Not to Exceed 5 Feet in Width
No Mattresses, Box Springs or Day Beds
No Hazardous Materials
No TVs or Cell Phones
No Computers, Monitors, Keyboards, Mice or Printers
No Tires
No Construction Materials, i.e. drywall, toilets etc.
No Carpet
Dried Paint Cans Only
These regulations will be strictly adhered to
If you are a low-income resident living in a New Beaver Borough home that you own, funds may be available
to make repairs that will provide a safe and sanitary living condition. Please click on the link above to see if you are eligible.

Information regarding recycling: 2016 Electronics Recycling Guide v1(1)
Act 108, effective January 1, 2013, states “no person may place in municipal solid waste a covered device or any of its components.” This is a disposal ban that means that residents cannot put out covered devices with their trash and haulers cannot accept these same items for any type of disposal. These items must be recycled.
There are NO exceptions to this rule. Covered devices, as defined, include:
Televisions, computers and their peripherals (monitors, keyboards, mice, printers), and cell phones

Food distribution is available at the New Beaver Borough Fire Hall one Friday a month. You must be a resident of Lawrence County and should register at the Municipal Building prior to the distribution date.
